SIMS 24

The 24th International Conference on Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry (ToF-SIMS), will take place from September 8 to 13, 2024, at the Espace Encan Conference Center, in the city of La Rochelle, France. SIMS-24 is an opportunity for academics and industry to exchange ideas on this and related techniques. The challenges and opportunities of SIMS in industrial applications will also be discussed throughout the event.
